Brilliance sells premium engagement rings and wedding jewelry online — a category where trust, emotion, and aspiration need to coexist with the hard mechanics of e-commerce conversion. The brand needed promotional materials that felt worthy of the product while driving measurable action during high-stakes retail moments like Black Friday and seasonal sale events.
The creative brief was always the same tension: make it feel like a luxury brand, but don't forget the call to action. Every email, banner, and carousel needed to carry both the romance of the product and the urgency of the offer.
