Product and marketing design for a payment processing SaaS — from self-ordering kiosk interfaces and POS hardware design to the full marketing website.
The Challenge
Payment tech that
anyone can use.
TouchSuite (later GRUBBRR) provided payment processing and self-ordering kiosk technology to restaurants, stadiums, and retail businesses. The UX challenge was designing for two very different audiences simultaneously: the business owners evaluating the platform and the end customers actually using the kiosks in busy, high-pressure environments.
The marketing website needed to position a complex B2B SaaS product as approachable and trustworthy. The kiosk interface needed to be fast, intuitive, and accessible to users of all ages and tech comfort levels — in a restaurant, every second of friction costs a sale.
The Work
From hardware to
homepage.
- Designed the marketing website for TouchSuite's full product suite — payment processing, merchant cash advance, POS hardware, and kiosk solutions
- Created the GRUBBRR self-ordering kiosk UI — large-target touch interfaces, clear menu hierarchy, and frictionless customisation flows for restaurant guests
- Built a component library covering all digital touchpoints: web, kiosk screens, and in-store digital signage
- Designed POS hardware mockups and product photography compositions for sales collateral and the marketing site
- Worked with engineers on industry pages targeting key verticals: restaurants, stadiums, hotels, and retail
- Contributed to the design system's first version — shared tokens for typography, colour, and interactive states
